The mark 1 Southerly 115 occupies a niche position in the yacht market. No other builder seems to offer the same versatility and build quality of the Northshore Southerly range.
The 115 is a superb yacht with a spacious and very sociable interior layout, potentially making her ideal for two couples, a family, or a group of friends for extended cruising in a good degree of comfort, despite the weather.
She's seen some miles and so this shows in areas, such as woodwork and the heavily used parts of the yacht, but with a good clean though and some light maintenance and tlc, she represents a really lovely example of one of these sought-after yachts - especially sought-after for the lifting keel, which enables flexibility and entry to water which may not be possible for other yachts!
